    choosing classes is part of the application process and once an application is submitted and accepted the student will be put in contact with an international student adviser.

    Min = 12 credits (undergraduate) & 9 credits (grad)
    Max = 16 credits (undergraduate)

    In Advance: Students do not register themselves. We register them for their courses based upon their preferences and in working directly with the students.

    Students are required to arrive usually the week before classes begin to move into housing and attend international student orientation. The only additional expense is for meals for the additional few days.

    By the end of November ~Students will be registered for classes by the study abroad office. Material submissions are Oct. 15th.

    On-Campus Housing is provided to incoming exchange students and application materials are sent upon successful nomination. We make great efforts to ensure that housing on-campus is available.

    Housing options

    On-campus dormitories plus apartments within walking distance of campus. Students can choose to pursue off campus and will be sent a general guide about housing in Chicago
