    Students will get their acceptance letter online: when admitted, they will get a message to register into the student management system Alma Web and will find the acceptance letter under “Study”-> “Documents”.

    They will get the information and contact about their subject coordinator before arrival.

    They can start to plan their courses and schedules directly with the relevant faculty.

    (Registration for the courses will take place after the enrolment.)

    Students will get in contact with an academic student buddy – if wished – who can help as well.

    Students apply for housing after getting the acceptance letter, they load the acceptance letter into the online application for the dorm. Only exchange students can apply for only one semester, but up to two semesters.
